衝撃の事実です。アメリカの法廷に提出された資料から、食欲を減退させる化学物質を意図的にタバコの中に混入していたことが判明しました。

1949-1999年のタバコ会社の内部文書から明らかにされたものです。

Tartaric acid 酒石酸

2-Acetylpyridine 2-アセチルピリジン

Catecholamine: ephedrine, amphetamine　　エフェドリン、アンフェタミン

Laughing gas　笑気ガス

Menthol Mariolide　　メンソール

Propylene glycol　　プロピレングリコール

Reserpine　　　　レセルピン

を混入していた様子です。タバコ会社は、タバコを吸うとやせるようなイメージ広告を打っていましたが、このようなことをしていたとは、驚きです。（禁煙センセイ）
